A simple rhythm of heat, cold and rest
Hidden in the woodland at Fire & Stars is a Hekla Cube 250 sauna, heated by wood and surrounded by open forest air. Come alone, with someone else or with your own private group.
There is no pressure to plunge, perform or know the rules. First-time visitors receive a welcome and orientation, then use the session at their own pace.
Heat
Settle into the wood-fired sauna and let the warmth build.
Cool
Step into the forest air, use a shower or take an optional plunge.
Rest
Pause, hydrate and allow your body to settle.
Repeat
Move through another round whenever it feels right for you.

Community Sauna
Come alone, as a couple or with friends and share the sauna with other guests. Conversation is welcome, but never compulsory.
