What £60 includes
One complete private session
The £60 price reserves all six places for 60 minutes. You can attend as a smaller group, but the price is for exclusive use rather than per person.
Wood-fired heat
A properly prepared sauna with the host on hand to welcome you and explain the session.
Time to cool
Move between sauna rounds, fresh woodland air and rest. The cold plunge is always optional.

Your 60-minute booking
Heat, cool, rest, repeat
There is no pressure to stay in the heat for a fixed period. Each guest can step outside whenever they need to and rejoin when ready.

Children and young people
Private bookings have different age rules
The age policy for a whole-session private booking is different from a community sauna place.
Private whole-session booking
There is no minimum age for a privately booked whole session. A responsible adult must attend and remains responsible for every child and young person in the group.
Community session
Community sauna sessions are for guests aged 16 and over. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Before you arrive
Bring the essentials
For each guest
Bring swimwear, two towels, sliders or flip-flops and drinking water.
For afterwards
Warm layers and a bag for damp items are especially useful in cooler weather.
For the shared space
Arrive clean, avoid heavy scents, keep phones out of the sauna and do not attend after drinking alcohol.
