We agree a suitable delivery point before accepting your order.

By your driveway, path, garage or yard: show us your preferred spot and we will agree suitable access. Full bins are heavy, so steps and difficult surfaces need planning.

Before your first delivery

Who owns the bin? Is there a deposit?

We will give you the bin deposit, ownership and return terms alongside the log price before you decide to order. Registering interest does not commit you to a bin.

When do deliveries and exchanges happen?

Your first delivery and each exchange are agreed with you. Registering interest does not create automatic deliveries. Booking options will be shared when the service opens.

What if I still have logs left?

Tell us before arranging an exchange so we can agree the timing and practical arrangements. The standard exchange is for an empty bin.

Can I change deliveries or return the bin?

The change, cancellation and return terms will be available before you place an order. For now, this is an interest list with no subscription or payment commitment.
