Free local delivery to eligible postcodes on orders of £42.75 or more, Monday–Saturday. We normally aim to deliver within 1–2 working days. Check delivery and collection details.

The bin stays with you between deliveries.

Take individual logs into a basket when needed. Keep the bin away from heat and exits clear. Storage, ventilation and lid-use guidance will be supplied before your first order.

After you order, we will agree a suitable, accessible delivery point with you.

By your driveway, path, garage or yard: show us your preferred spot and we will agree suitable access. Full bins are heavy, so steps and difficult surfaces need planning.

Before your first delivery

Who owns the bin? Is there a deposit?

The reusable bin remains the property of Fire & Stars. A refundable deposit applies and is shown with your order. Read the bin deposit and return terms before ordering.

When do deliveries and exchanges happen?

Delivery is available Monday–Saturday to eligible postcodes, with a normal target of 1–2 working days. Choose a one-off order or an available subscription in our online shop. Free collection from Snarestone Road is usually ready within one hour during opening hours; wait for your ready-to-collect notification.

What if I still have logs left?

Tell us before arranging an exchange so we can agree the timing and practical arrangements. The standard exchange is for an empty bin.

Can I change deliveries or return the bin?

Please contact us if you need to change a delivery or return a bin. Delivery and collection details and bin return and deposit terms are available in our shop before ordering.
