We are currently testing our opening hours as we establish the best rhythm for our community.
Our aim is to run sessions at the times people most want to use the sauna, and this may evolve as demand grows. Rather than fixing set days and times, we adjust availability based on bookings and seasonal patterns.
For the most up-to-date session times, please visit our booking page where all available sessions are listed.
-
Each booked session lasts 60 minutes.
This includes your time in the sauna, along with the opportunity to cool down outdoors, use the cold plunge pools, or refresh under the showers between rounds.
Most guests move through two or three gentle heat cycles during that time, allowing space to warm up, cool down and rest at their own pace.
-
We offer single sauna sessions as well as discounted multi-session passes for those who want to visit regularly.
As availability and offers may change, please visit our booking page for the latest session times, pricing and details of current multi-pass discounts.
