Campsite Host Job – Fire & Stars Woodland Camping

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hands-on Campsite Hosts to join us at Fire & Stars Woodland Camping in the heart of the National Forest.

We’re looking to find the right people for this role and are able to offer flexibility around shifts to fit the right individuals.

This is a part-time, outdoor role supporting the day-to-day running of the campsite, sauna and guest experience.

🌿 About the Role

As a Campsite Host, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the site. You’ll be welcoming campers, supporting sauna sessions, helping with our small shop, and assisting with food and drink service including morning coffee and evening pizza.

No two days are exactly the same, but the focus is always the same — creating a calm, welcoming and well-run environment for guests.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming campers and helping them settle in
Checking in sauna guests and supporting sessions
Creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere on site
Supporting coffee and breakfast service in the mornings
Helping with evening pizza service on Fridays and Saturdays
Keeping toilets and wash areas clean and well stocked
General site upkeep and daily resets

🕒 Working Hours

This role is built around our busiest times on site.

Core Days (Current Operation)

Shifts are currently focused around Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including:

Campsite check-ins (midday to afternoon)
Sauna sessions
Morning coffee and breakfast service
Evening pizza service

Peak Season & Additional Hours

During the summer peak season, we expand our opening and activity schedule.

Additional shifts will be available throughout the week (Monday–Sunday)
More daytime and sauna sessions will be added as demand increases
There will be opportunities to take on more regular hours if desired

Because we are hiring multiple hosts, we can offer flexibility across all available shifts, and are happy to work around availability where possible.

No previous experience is required — we’ll show you how everything works.
