News: New toilet block opens up on-site

Fire & Stars have built and opened a brand new toilet block at the site.

Tucked away in a private part of the woodland, four separate blocks have been installed to make sure there are always enough loos to meet demand.

The new area will free up more space in the communal area of the site where children have a bigger area to kick a ball around or throw a Frisbee and families have more space to enjoy snacks, sandwiches, coffees and use provided picnic tables.

Investing money

Fire & Stars Matt Cropp says: “We are always looking to invest money into the site to make it a more welcoming space for everyone.

“The new toilet block is a welcome addition and provides privacy for all users.

“It has enabled us to move previous toilet facilities away from the communal area which provides a real focal point for children and families who want to play, chat and mix with other visitors.

Improving the site

“We will continue improving the site throughout the remainder of the year with big plans in place and we have been delighted by bookings which have meant we are fully booked for the last weekend in May and the first weekend in June.

“Booking for the summer holidays are already getting busy too.”
